Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026. This editable operational draft requires review by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which UrTheProduct operates.
1. Agreement and service operator
These Terms govern access to UrTheProduct websites, marketplace pages, developer APIs, purchased API packages, support, creator submissions, and related services. The operating legal entity, registered address, governing law, and dispute forum must be inserted after counsel and business-formation review before commercial launch. Using the service or purchasing a package means you accept these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Notice, and Refund Policy.
2. The product you purchase
UrTheProduct sells a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable credential for one narrowly configured AI workflow. The checkout and product page define the operation, package quantity and unit, locked input/output settings, key expiration, rate, concurrency, price, currency, and product-specific restrictions. A purchase does not transfer a model, provider account, internal prompt, source code, upstream credit, ownership interest, or right to offer raw downstream access.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms and must meet any age, sanctions, export, location, business-verification, and payment requirements that apply. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind it. You must provide truthful purchase and support information and may not use another person's identity, payment method, content, voice, image, account, or data without authority.
4. Payments through Whop
Whop and its financial partners process checkout, payment information, taxes or verification where applicable, refunds through the payment rail, and payment disputes under their own terms and privacy notices. UrTheProduct is the seller and remains responsible for accurately describing and delivering its package. Whop is not the creator, operator, or guarantor of an UrTheProduct engine. A browser callback, iframe event, receipt parameter, or screenshot is not proof of payment; fulfillment occurs only after a signed event and authoritative payment details match the local order.
5. Key delivery and customer security
After verified payment, one key is revealed in the same purchase session for up to ten minutes. You must save it before confirming. We retain a non-reversible verifier but cannot recover the raw key after reveal deletion. Keep it in server-side secret storage and never place it in browser code, public environment variables, URLs, analytics, repositories, screenshots, tickets, or logs. You are responsible for activity made with the key until compromise is reported. We may revoke or suspend a key to contain abuse, payment reversal, security risk, or breach.
6. License and restrictions
Subject to payment and compliance, you may call the documented endpoint from applications you control and use returned results for the lawful purpose stated by the product. You may not sell, share, sublicense, lease, expose, or transfer the key; pool quota for unrelated third parties; bypass quotas, configuration, moderation, geography, or cost controls; discover or target upstream services; reverse engineer private workflows; scrape the service; interfere with checkout/webhooks; or misrepresent affiliation, performance, reviews, availability, or earnings.
7. Inputs, outputs, and rights
You retain rights you have in inputs and grant UrTheProduct and approved subprocessors the limited rights necessary to validate, moderate, transmit, process, store temporarily, secure, and deliver the requested result. You represent that this processing is authorized. Output rights vary by applicable law, source material, and approved provider terms. Outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, incomplete, or similar to third-party material. Review factual, legal, safety, accessibility, security, and intellectual-property implications before publication or action.
8. High-impact and professional use
Unless a product expressly says otherwise after appropriate review, outputs are not medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, credit, education-admission, insurance, or other professional or high-impact decisions. Do not use an engine as the sole basis for a consequential decision or remove meaningful human review. Tutoring and coding outputs require independent verification.
9. Availability, packages, and changes
External providers, Whop, hosting, storage, and networks may fail. We may pause sales or execution when provider rights, approval, retention, safety, performance, failures, costs, security, or law changes. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a specific provider/model. Material package changes ordinarily apply to future purchases, but an immediate restriction may apply when necessary for safety, law, payment status, or provider compliance. We may offer correction, replacement, quota adjustment, or refund when required under the Refund Policy or law.
10. Refunds, disputes, taxes, and fraud
The Refund Policy is incorporated here and does not waive non-excludable consumer rights. A refund, reversal, chargeback, dispute, suspected fraud, sanctions match, or payment mismatch may pause or revoke the affected key and reverse unsettled creator earnings. You remain responsible for taxes that law assigns to you. Do not submit a chargeback as a substitute for first reporting a service issue when direct resolution is reasonably available.
11. Intellectual property and notices
UrTheProduct software, brand, catalog text, documentation, engine workflows, and original artwork remain ours or our licensors'. Feedback may be used without obligation unless separately agreed. Rights complaints follow the Intellectual Property Policy. We may remove content, suspend products, preserve evidence, or terminate repeat infringers.
12. Privacy and confidentiality
Processing is described in the Privacy Notice. Do not send secrets, raw credentials, data you lack authority to process, or unnecessary regulated information. Creator workflows submitted through designated private fields are handled under creator terms; ordinary feedback and support messages are not a secure channel for trade secrets.
13. Suspension and termination
We may reject requests, suspend keys, pause products, or terminate access for breach, unlawful conduct, payment reversal, provider restriction, threat, fraud, excessive risk, or legal obligation. Where reasonable, we may provide notice and a chance to cure, but urgent action may be immediate. Provisions concerning payment, rights, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and records survive as their purpose requires.
14. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties not expressly stated. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including certain consumer protections and liability for fraud or willful misconduct. A final liability cap, exclusions, indemnity, governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, notice mechanism, and regional consumer schedule must be approved and inserted by qualified counsel; this draft intentionally does not invent them.
15. Changes and contact
Material changes will be dated and, where required, notified before they apply. Continued use after an effective change indicates acceptance only to the extent law permits. Contact support@urtheproduct.com with service questions and legal@urtheproduct.com for legal notices. Never include a raw API key.
