Creator program
Creator Program Terms
Last updated: July 19, 2026. This editable operational draft requires review by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which UrTheProduct operates.
Submission and review
A submission is an application, not acceptance, publication, employment, partnership, or promise of sales. We may request revisions, validate providers and costs, reject a concept, or pause review. Do not submit credentials, secrets, unredacted billing data, or material you cannot authorize.
Rights and confidentiality
You retain submitted rights, subject to the limited license needed for private review, validation, security scanning, agreement preparation, and operation of an accepted product. Mark confidential workflow material accurately. No publication occurs before a signed Creator Product Agreement and successful technical, provider, rights, safety, pricing, and commerce review.
Economics
The default split is 80% to the creator and 20% to UrTheProduct of net distributable earnings—not gross sales. Net distributable earnings are settled customer revenue minus payment/Whop fees, refunds and disputes, taxes, provider usage cost, and delivery infrastructure cost. Calculations can be zero or negative for an affected sale; no income, volume, profitability, or payout is guaranteed.
Batches, holds, and payouts
Creator products sell in finite approved batches. Reservations are concurrency-safe; a batch sells out automatically and renewal requires review. Earnings remain held through the published hold period and fraud/dispute review. Identity, tax, sanctions, and payout readiness are required. Administrators approve the ledger; transfers are not automatic.
Compliance and suspension
You must keep rights, provider facts, costs, and contact information accurate. We may suspend or terminate a product for provider changes, safety, rights, fraud, quality, cost, legal risk, or agreement breach. Final governing law, tax allocation, indemnity, limitation, audit, and dispute terms require the executed agreement.
