Legal
Refund Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026. This editable operational draft requires review by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which UrTheProduct operates.
This policy applies to limited-use digital API packages. It does not waive a statutory refund, cancellation, cooling-off, conformity, chargeback, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Whop and payment partners may impose additional payment-rail procedures.
1. Review before purchase
The review page shows the engine, package name, included credits/units, operation, expiration, locked settings, one-time price, and currency before payment. Ask support before buying if the package does not fit the intended use. Provider/model details are not part of the customer-facing license.
2. When to request help or a refund
- Duplicate payment for the same intended package.
- Verified payment without fulfillment or without an available key reveal.
- A delivered key that cannot authenticate because of an UrTheProduct fulfillment defect.
- A package materially different from the checkout description.
- Incorrect quota charging caused by a verified platform error.
- Extended unavailability or withdrawal where required by the purchased terms or applicable law.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized payment, handled with identity and payment-provider review.
3. Delivered and consumed digital service
Revealed credentials and consumed units cannot simply be returned like physical goods. That fact is relevant but is not a universal “no refunds” rule. We review delivery, reveal confirmation, usage and provider chargeability, defect evidence, duplicate payment, description, outage, abuse, payment risk, and applicable law. A change of mind after substantial consumption may not qualify unless law requires otherwise.
4. Failures and quota corrections
Quota is reserved before provider execution. A confirmed non-chargeable failure releases the reservation. A chargeable upstream attempt may settle documented units even when a usable result is not returned; support will investigate disputed settlement. If UrTheProduct incorrectly charges or fails to release quota, it may restore units, replace delivery, or refund the affected value as appropriate.
5. Request process
Use Support and provide the order reference, purchase date, product/package, issue, safe request IDs, and requested resolution. Do not include the raw key, card number, private input, or signed output URL. We may request reasonable identity, payment, diagnostic, or authority evidence through an approved channel.
6. Resolution and timing
Available resolutions include technical correction, quota restoration, replacement access, partial refund, or full refund. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment rail where possible; Whop, processors, networks, and banks control posting time. Taxes, exchange rates, and fees are handled as required by law and the payment rail.
7. Refund effects
A full refund, reversal, dispute, or fraudulent payment normally revokes the related key and reverses unsettled creator earnings. A partial resolution may adjust quota and ledger amounts. Duplicate adjustments are prevented through idempotent order and earnings records.
8. Chargebacks and abuse
Contact support first where reasonable so a technical issue can be investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks, fabricated evidence, or continued use after reversal may lead to suspension, evidence submission to payment partners, and other lawful remedies. This does not restrict good-faith disputes or non-waivable rights.
