Acceptable Use Policy

Use each engine only for content and data you own, license, or are authorized to process, within its operation and locked restrictions. This policy supplements Whop's Terms, Community Guidelines, and Prohibited Products and Services Policy for transactions processed through Whop.
1. Illegal, harmful, or exploitative use
- Illegal goods/services, sanctions evasion, money laundering, trafficking, exploitation, extortion, harassment, threats, or facilitation of violence.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, grooming, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate content, stalking, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, or collection of personal data without authority.
- Weapons or explosives design/procurement, protected wildlife trade, controlled substances, counterfeit or unauthorized identity documents, or other prohibited commerce.
2. Fraud, deception, and identity abuse
- Phishing, credential theft, scams, fake reviews, manipulated engagement/sales, deceptive earnings or product claims, chargeback abuse, or payment fraud.
- Government/business/person impersonation, unauthorized face or voice cloning, deceptive synthetic media, or concealment of required disclosure.
- Fabricated qualifications, work history, product facts, property features, evidence, citations, professional claims, or customer-support promises.
3. Security and system abuse
- Malware, destructive code, credential attacks, exploit development, evasion, unauthorized access, or instructions meaningfully facilitating cyber abuse.
- Bypassing moderation, quotas, concurrency, cost controls, locked settings, geographic rules, provider terms, checkout verification, webhooks, or platform security.
- Scraping or reverse engineering private workflows, probing provider/model identity, disrupting infrastructure, or uploading executable/archive/environment/credential files through creator systems.
- Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, leasing, exposing, or transferring an API key or offering raw downstream API access.
4. Rights, privacy, and regulated decisions
- Infringement, piracy, counterfeit content, trademark deception, unauthorized copyrighted characters/styles, or processing confidential material without permission.
- Sensitive-trait or identity inference from images/audio, biometric identification, social scoring, or rights-violating automated decisions.
- Sole-source medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, or other high-impact decisions without appropriate authority, validation, disclosure, and human review.
- Spam or unlawful marketing, including unsupported express/implied claims or missing material disclosures.
5. Product-specific controls
The product page, key scope, locked configuration, and documentation add rules such as consented-subject-only, original-character-only, no living-artist imitation, no code execution, no external retrieval, structural preservation, factual-input-only, approved synthetic voice, approved language pair, file type/size, duration, or output structure. The stricter applicable rule controls.
6. Enforcement and reporting
We may reject input, preserve security evidence, release or settle quota as documented, revoke/suspend keys, pause products, reverse fulfillment after payment reversal, notify providers/payment partners, remove creator content, or report conduct where legally required. Good-faith appeals may be submitted to support@urtheproduct.com with safe request IDs and no raw key.
