Legal
Intellectual Property Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026. This editable operational draft requires review by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which UrTheProduct operates.
Authorized material only
Customers and creators must own, license, or otherwise have authority for every submitted prompt, image, video, voice, recording, script, logo, product, character, document, code sample, and workflow. UrTheProduct does not grant rights in third-party material.
Prohibited submissions
Do not submit pirated content, counterfeit material, trade-secret or employer-owned work, unauthorized customer data, copyrighted characters or brand assets, or requests to imitate a living artist or clone a person's identity/voice without authorization. Product-specific restrictions may be stricter.
Rights notices
A rights notice should identify the protected work, location on UrTheProduct, claimant and authority, contact details, good-faith basis, accuracy statement, and signature. Send notices to legal@urtheproduct.com. Do not send a raw API key or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email. A validated secure channel may be requested.
Response and counter-notice
We may preserve records, pause access or a creator product, request evidence, remove material, notify affected parties/providers, and terminate repeat infringers. A counter-notice process, designated agent, statutory wording, and jurisdiction-specific timelines must be finalized by qualified counsel before claiming a formal statutory safe-harbor procedure.
Creator warranties
Creator acceptance requires documented rights in the private workflow, samples, artwork, voices/likenesses, and supporting material, plus an executed agreement allocating licensing, improvements, enforcement, claims, and termination responsibilities.
